Service Description
We learn a great deal from our dogs, including tracking. They have a much better sense of smell, and we can help them develop this skill through a variety of fun activities. We meet at various locations and do all kinds of scent work. Every dog can participate, regardless of their level of training, because we support them according to their individual experience. You agree to inform us of your dog’s health status. Any illnesses that pose a risk to humans or other dogs must be disclosed. Please note that female dogs in heat may not participate in our group activities unless we have explicitly approved it. COURSE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY You register for this service by submitting this registration form or by agreeing to a course, package, lesson, or consultation digitally or verbally. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for the agreed-upon service. The number of participants (including dogs) is limited for all courses. Placement is determined upon receipt of the registration. You have the option to be placed on a waiting list. Bookings are generally binding, but cancellations are possible. The following cancellation policy applies: Up to 48 hours before the requested service: Free of charge. Within 48 hours before the requested service: Full course fees will be charged. In special and well-founded cases (e.g., health issues), the Fröscher Dog School may, at its sole discretion, waive the fees on a case-by-case basis. PAYMENT: In cash or by bank transfer within 31 days of receiving the relevant services. Exceptions to this are courses and packages, which begin only after receipt of the respective course fees. A receipt or invoice will be issued upon request. Bank transfers to: Postfinance, Hundeschule Fröscher 4132 Muttenz, IBAN: CH89 0900 0000 1537 3559 0, Account No.: 15-373559-0 If payment is not received within 31 days, Hundeschule Fröscher will charge a reminder and processing fee of CHF 20. REFUNDS Upon receipt of the confirmation, the booking is considered final. Participants who do not complete a course, group, lesson, or package, or who miss individual sessions within courses or packages, are not entitled to a refund of the fees or any portion thereof. This also applies in cases of illness through no fault of the participant or absence due to an accident. It may be worthwhile to take out cancellation insurance. Please check with your insurance provider. The Fröscher Dog School will review requests and make a final decision at its sole discretion regarding whether refunds will be issued for unused lessons. LEASH REQUIREMENT Dogs must be kept on a leash in the parking lot, on the training grounds, and in the course building. Dogs may only be let off the leash upon instruction from the course instructors.
