Terms and Conditions (hereinafter T&C)
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by the Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments take effect immediately, and it is the customer’s responsibility to review these changes. Please read them carefully and keep a copy in your records. By making a booking or requesting a service, you accept these T&C.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND WEBSITE
We frequently take photos and videos and sometimes publish photos of our guests on our website or use photos and videos in course materials. Unless you expressly object, you thereby give us your consent to use these recordings and agree not to make any claims against us in this regard. Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School ensures that all information on the website is current and accurate. The information on the website, particularly training materials, does not constitute expert advice. Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School disclaims any liability for damages arising from the use of these materials. No liability is assumed for external links
LIABILITY
Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School holds valid business liability insurance.
Participation in the various events is generally at your own risk; that is, each individual is responsible for their own insurance coverage. This applies in particular to liability for damages. You are required to obtain valid liability insurance for your dog. You are liable for your dog and responsible for any damage your dog causes, including damage to vehicles and the premises of the Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School. The Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School is entitled to bill you for the costs of damage or the removal of significant messes.
Although we strive to exercise the utmost care in handling your dog, the Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School is not liable or responsible for loss, personal injury, injury caused by an animal, theft, impairment, or death of the animal while it is in our care. The Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or illnesses affecting your dog. You are liable for all consequential damages caused to other dogs due to a lack of required vaccinations. You are liable if your dog attacks another dog and/or a person or is involved in a fight resulting in injury to the dog and/or person and/or property, including veterinary costs for the other animal and/or person.
Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School is not liable for disputes between dogs or any resulting injuries, nor for dogs escaping from the premises or the training location. You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog both inside and outside the training grounds. Children are welcome to watch or participate, but only under supervision and with prior registration.
You agree to inform us of your dog’s health status. Any illnesses that pose a risk to humans or other dogs must be disclosed. Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School disclaims all liability in the event of infection by sick dogs and their owners.
Please note that female dogs in heat cannot participate in our group activities unless we have explicitly agreed to it. If you use our services while your female dog is in heat and fail to inform us of this, you are liable for any resulting damages. You are responsible for any costs incurred.
COURSE BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You register for a service by filling out the registration form in the calendar on our website or by arranging a lesson or consultation via email or in person. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for the agreed-upon service.
The number of participants (including dogs) is limited for all courses. Registration is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. You have the option to be placed on a waiting list. Bookings are generally binding, but cancellations are possible.
The following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 48 hours before the requested service: No charge.
Within 48 hours of the requested service: Full course fees will be charged.
In special and well-founded cases (e.g., health issues), the Future Dogs Fröscher Dog School may, at its sole discretion, waive the fees on a case-by-case basis.
PAYMENT:
In cash or by bank transfer within 31 days of receiving the relevant services. Exceptions to this are online/offline courses and packages, which begin only after receipt of the respective course fees. A receipt will be issued upon request.

If payment is not received within 31 days, Future Dogs by Fröscher dog school will charge a reminder and processing fee of CHF 20.
REFUNDS
The booking is considered final upon receipt of the confirmation. Participants who do not complete a course, lesson, or package, or who miss individual sessions of a training program or package, are not entitled to a refund of the fees or any portion thereof. This also applies in the event of illness through no fault of the participant or absence due to an accident. It may be worthwhile to take out a cancellation insurance. Please check with your insurance provider.
The Future Dogs by Fröscher Dog School will review requests on a case-by-case basis and, at its sole discretion, determine whether refunds will be issued for unused lessons.
LEASH REQUIREMENT
Dogs must be kept on a leash in the parking lot, on the training grounds, and inside the course building. Dogs may only be let off the leash upon instruction from the course instructor.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid or contain gaps, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
We maintain a successful relationship with our customers and, in the event of financial difficulties, complaints, or concerns, strive to find a solution that is acceptable to all parties. We want to work together with you, the customer. In case of an emergency or if you have any questions, please contact us using the contact information provided.
JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW
The contract between the parties is governed by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-laws provisions.
The courts of Basel, Canton of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
